What have you built?

Some people build their expertise over years. Others are finding their direction, changing fields, or ready to put a new skill to work. There is no single path here.

Different backgrounds.Equal room to introduce yourself.
01

Every field is welcome.

Whatever your discipline or industry, tell us about the work you know. We look beyond a short list of job titles to understand the skills you bring.

02

Your starting point is yours.

Just beginning, bringing experience, or exploring a different direction? Share where you are today, including the work, studies, or projects that have shaped you.

03

There's more to you than a title.

Practical knowledge, thoughtful questions, and different ways of solving problems all help tell your story. We want to hear yours.

Introduce yourself

Open to talent worldwide, across all fields and career stages. A match depends on available opportunities and their requirements.

Introduce yourself.
Explore the fit.

A conversation about your skills is the first step toward a suitable opportunity.

01

Tell us about yourself.

Share your expertise, experience, and availability. Include a resume or portfolio if you have one.

INTRODUCE
02

Look for the right match.

We consider how your background fits the requirements of available long-term contract opportunities.

EXPLORE
03

Discuss the contract.

When there is a suitable match, discuss the role, expectations, and contract terms before deciding to proceed.

AGREE

Let’s see what’s possible.

Long-term work starts with understanding the person behind the introduction. Your strengths are the starting point, not the whole conversation.

What you know.
What you can bring.
Where you want to go.

THE CONVERSATION STARTS HERE
01 / EXPERTISE

The skills you can put to work.

Tell us about your field and the things you do well. Specific examples can be more helpful than a long list of titles.

02 / EXPERIENCE

The perspective you've developed.

Work experience matters, and so do studies, personal projects, and other ways you have put your knowledge into practice.

03 / AVAILABILITY

The practical shape of your next step.

Share when you are available and what you are looking for. A suitable opportunity needs to fit its requirements as well as your background.

Talent is everywhere.
Connection matters.

A world of different people.
A shared possibility:
meaningful, long-term work.

InstContract works with talent from around the world to find appropriate long-term contract opportunities. We welcome people from every field, not just a handful of professions.

The idea is straightforward: start with the individual. Understand the skills, experience, and perspective they bring, then consider where those strengths may fit.

Whether you are established in your field or still building your experience, your introduction is a chance to show more of who you are and what you can contribute.

OPEN TO POSSIBILITY

Different fields.
A broader view.

No predetermined list of professions. Talent takes many forms.

FOCUSED ON THE INDIVIDUAL

Your strengths.
Your own story.

A background is more than a job title or a number of years.

LOOKING FURTHER AHEAD

Long-term work.
A considered match.

Matching is about fit with an opportunity, not a promise of placement.

Start with a hello.
Bring a little context.

You don't need a perfect pitch. A clear introduction helps us understand your background and what you are looking for.

Write your introduction
  1. 01

    Your area of expertise

The field, skills, or practical knowledge you would like to bring to contract work.

  2. 02

    Your experience or studies

A short overview of what you have done, learned, or worked on so far.

  3. 03

    Your availability

When you could start and any relevant information about your availability.

  4. 04

A little evidence, if you have it

A resume, portfolio, or relevant project links can help tell your story. There is no need to share identity documents or sensitive personal details in your introduction.

A little clarity,
before you begin.

Here's what to know about introducing yourself and exploring opportunities.

Ask another question
Is my field welcome?

Yes. We welcome interest from every discipline, industry, and background. There is no restricted list of professions. A suitable match depends on available opportunities and their requirements.

Can I join if I'm just starting out?

Yes. Interns, early-career talent, people changing direction, and experienced professionals are all welcome to introduce themselves. Share your skills, studies, and projects as well as any work experience.

Can I express interest from another country?

We welcome introductions from around the world. Eligibility, location, and any other requirements depend on the specific opportunity and contract.

What does long-term contract work mean here?

InstContract focuses on ongoing, contract-based opportunities rather than one-off tasks. There is no single duration or arrangement for every role. Scope, schedule, compensation, and terms are discussed for the particular opportunity.

Does an introduction guarantee a placement?

No. An introduction helps us learn about your background. Matching depends on available opportunities and their requirements. Sending an email does not create a contract or guarantee work.

Do I need a portfolio?

If you have a portfolio or relevant project links, include them. If you don't, describe your expertise, studies, and experience in your own words. Any further requirements will depend on the opportunity.
